A clear account of how Venturs handles information.
Effective August 18, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
Verified, Inc. (“Venturs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Venturs website, applications, and related services. This policy explains how we handle information about visitors, account users, founders, advisors, consultants, and organizations using the service.
2. Information we receive
We receive account information such as email address and authentication records; workspace information such as company names, fundraising stage, relationships, requirements, tasks, and investor-preparation materials; and content you choose to upload or enter, including evidence, notes, documents, and exports. We also receive service information such as request identifiers, timestamps, device and browser information, approximate network information, and security events needed to operate and protect the service.
3. Customer Content
Customer Content means the company, project, fundraising, document, and other information you submit to a workspace. Customer Content may include sensitive business information and financial or strategic information. You remain responsible for deciding what to upload, who may receive a share link, and whether you have authority to submit it.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide workspace features, authenticate users, store and retrieve Customer Content, process uploads, generate exports, support sharing features you enable, respond to requests, prevent abuse, investigate security events, maintain backups and reliability, comply with law, and improve the service. We do not use Customer Content for advertising.
5. Cookies and similar technology
Venturs uses cookies and related storage required for authentication, session continuity, security, and product operation. We do not currently claim to use advertising cookies or verified analytics integrations. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
6. Service providers
We use providers that help host, authenticate, store, secure, and deliver the service. Based on the current engineering inventory, Supabase provides authentication, database, and related infrastructure, and Vercel provides hosting and delivery. See Subprocessors. We do not currently claim Google API, advertising, payment, or AI/model processing integrations.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We disclose information to service providers acting on our instructions, when you intentionally create or use a share link, when necessary to protect rights and safety, or when required by law. We do not sell Personal Information. Share links may be accessible to anyone who possesses the link unless the product states otherwise; review recipients and revoke links when appropriate.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information while needed to provide the service, maintain security and operational records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or enforce agreements. Exact retention periods depend on the data type and workspace state. You may request deletion through our privacy contact form; deletion may be subject to backup, fraud-prevention, legal, or security exceptions.
9. Security
We use authenticated access, company and project scoping, server-side authorization, database access controls, upload validation, rate limiting, security headers, safe URL validation, and security-significant audit events. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. See Security.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about processing. We may verify requests using account or workspace information. California and other U.S. state rights may apply based on the nature and scale of processing; we do not discriminate against people for exercising applicable rights. Contact privacy-matters@venturs.com.
11. International and business use
Venturs is intended for business users and is not directed to children. If you access the service from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other locations used by our providers. Organizations are responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining permissions for information they submit.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The effective date appears above. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to privacy-matters@venturs.com or through our contact page. This policy does not claim SOC 2 certification.
